Yossi Cohen - Founder & C.E.O. - Panaya, Inc.

Yossi Cohen has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, in which he has focused on developing tools solutions for reengineering, integration, and database technologies. Yossi was previously the founder and CEO of Alexandria - a database migration technology company whose customers include Merrill Lynch, Salomon Smith Barney, CitiBank, Daimler-Chrysler, and New York State. Alexandria was acquired by BluePhoenix (NASDAQ: BPHX) in 2002. Before that Yossi was the founder and CEO of Predicate Software, a professional services company specializing in complex migration and integration projects in Israel. Yossi was also a software engineer and DBA at Formula (NASDAQ: FORTY), Jacada (NASDAQ: JCDA) and in the Israeli Air Force. Yossi holds a B.Sc. Cum Laude and a M.Sc. Summa Cum Laude in Computer Sciences, both from the Tel Aviv University. 

Arad Naveh - General Partner - Benchmark Capital

Arad has extensive operating and venture capital experience in Silicon Valley and Israel. At Benchmark, Arad led several investments in the areas of Enterprise IT, Networking and Internet Infrastructure. Prior to Benchmark, Arad was a director of business development at Cisco, where he was responsible for investment and M&A activity in Israel from 2000-2002. In a former position, Arad was the founder and CEO of Class Data, which was acquired by Cisco in May 1998. Arad holds a BSc Cum Laude in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Ben Gurion University in Israel.

Udi Ziv - Chief Product Officer - NICE systems

Mr Udi Ziv currently serves as Chief Product Officer at NICE systems, a position he has held since October 2008.
Prior to joining NICE, Mr. Ziv held several senior executive positions with SAP AG from 2001 until 2007. Those positions included General Manager of SAP's Small Business Solutions; Managing Director of SAP Labs Israel; and Vice President responsible for the research & development of the SAP Portal product.Before joining SAP, Mr. Ziv was one of the original members and head of the global R&D team at Top Tier Software, a leading enterprise portal company which was acquired by SAP in 2001.

Itzik Parnafes - Partner, Battery Ventures Israel

Itzik joined Battery Ventures in 2009 and focuses on investments in industrial technologies, advanced materials, semiconductors, and innovative hardware/communications products. He is currently on the board of Panaya and is a board observer for ZeRTO. He also spent time working alongside the Battery investment team as an Entrepreneur in Residence in the firm's Israel office. Before Battery, Itzik was a Partner with Stata Ventures, where he led investments in Provigent, Sirica, Comability, Sentrigo and ZiBit.

Before venture investing, Itzik spent the majority of his career as entrepreneur. He co-founded Kagoor Networks, a leader in Voice over IP technologies, and led it to a successful acquisition by Juniper Networks, its first acquisition of an Israeli company. Previously, Itzik led the R&D of Class Data Systems until it was acquired by Cisco Systems, the first of many acquisitions in Israel. Before joining the private sector, Itzik led a landmark infrastructure project in the Israel Defense Force (IDF) that won the prestigious Israel Defense Award. Itzik holds a B.Sc. Summa Cum Laude in CS and Math from the Technion - Institute of Technology.

Yaron Valler - Partner, Hasso Plattner Ventures

Yaron Valler joined Hasso Plattner Ventures in January 2010, bringing with him more than fifteen years of valuable experience in IT and venture capital. In his previous position Yaron was a partner at Giza Venture Capital responsible for investments in the enterprise software field. Yaron's

investments during his tenure at Giza include Yadata (sold to Microsoft), e-Glue (sold to Nice systems), and Soluto. Prior to that, Yaron was part of the management team of the Technion incubator Israel's leading venture accelerator. In this capacity he was involved in the creation of over 20 startup companies. Before becoming a venture capitalist Yaron was the Vice President of business development and a co-founder of Excedo Technologies a leading provider of supply chain monitoring technologies. As an engineer Yaron led an enterprise systems group at Intel where he was also a member of the team that developed the Pentium processor.

Yaron holds an MBA from the INSEAD in France and a B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University in Israel.
